Cancellation Policy

One-Time/Deep and Move-Out Cleans

Cancelling

To cancel a one-time or move-out cleaning, we require at least 7 days’ notice. If you cancel within this period, you will still be charged the full price of the clean, as your appointment has been reserved in advance and last-minute cancellations affect our ability to accommodate other clients.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected events can arise and will do our best to accommodate last-minute rescheduling. However, if you need to reschedule within 7 days of your appointment and we cannot move it to within 2 business days of the original date, it will be considered a cancellation, and you will be charged the full price of the clean.

Move-Out Policy

While we strive to provide a thorough clean, we cannot guarantee a full refund of your security deposit. To ensure a complete cleaning, your home must be empty of furniture, boxes, and any personal items. If any items remain, we may be unable to clean those areas, and you will still be charged the full price.

Recurring Cleans

Cancelling

For recurring cleans, we require at least 3 business days’ notice (72 business hours) for cancellations. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will still be charged the full price of the clean. For example, if you cancel a Wednesday cleaning on Saturday, the count starts from Monday, and this will be deemed a late cancellation.

Rescheduling

We aim to accommodate last-minute rescheduling, but this is not always feasible. If you need to reschedule within 3 business days of your appointment and we cannot move it to within 2 business days of the original date, it will be treated as a cancellation, and you will be charged the full price of the clean.
